Neighborhood Bitcoin
Research & Education

Bitcoin education for the whole neighborhood.

Almost everyone has heard of Bitcoin. Most people just don’t know what it is or how to use it.

The campaign

Bitcoin research and education. For everyone. For free.

In 2026, Neighborhood Bitcoin, a non-profit initiative, conducted a national research campaign to identify those interested in using Bitcoin, discover their concerns and address those concerns through education.

The research and education available on this site was commissioned to benefit everyone in their understanding and use of Bitcoin.

Why this matters.

01

Curious, but cautious

Many people are curious about using Bitcoin and are ready to learn more, but want honest answers about safety, control, and ease of use before they take the first step.

02

Clarity over hype

Think of it this way: the Bitcoin foundation has been established. People interested in Bitcoin now are not trying to understand that foundation, they just want to trust it enough to build on it.

03

Trusted voices

National surveys and in-person focus groups show us who people interested in Bitcoin trust: friends, family, local financial advisors. They asked for plain language and an approach that shows them using Bitcoin is safe and simple.
